Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery in India
Prepaid orders ship free anywhere in India, with no minimum order value. Cash-on-delivery orders carry a ₹50 shipping charge. Estimated delivery is 5 days after dispatch.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send tracking details by email or SMS.

International shipping
We ship to the United States and 26 European countries. Standard shipping is ₹1,243 to the United States and ₹1,052 to Europe. Posted prices exclude customs duties and import taxes, which are payable by the recipient (see our Terms of Service, section 4).

Delays, damage and loss
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. See our Refund Policy.
