Shipping & Delivery Policy

GUSSI.shop offers delivery within India and international delivery where available and permitted by the destination country’s rules and courier coverage.

Shipping within India

Domestic shipping availability and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. The current domestic setup is intended to provide free shipping within India; if checkout displays a charge or a different option, please contact us before paying so we can clarify it.

International shipping

For destinations outside India, the current standard shipping charge is ₹1,250 INR per order. The estimated delivery time is 12–15 days after dispatch, subject to destination, customs clearance, courier availability and other factors outside our control. The delivery estimate is not a guarantee.

Address and order processing

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code, email address and phone number at checkout. Processing and dispatch may take additional time depending on order verification, product availability and operational conditions. We will use the contact details provided to communicate order or delivery updates where available.

Customs, duties and restrictions

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs checks or restrictions imposed by the destination country. Any such charges or requirements that are not included at checkout may be the recipient’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee delivery to locations where the products or shipment are restricted or where courier service is unavailable.

Tracking, delays and delivery issues

Where tracking is provided, use the tracking information shared for your order. Delivery estimates may change because of customs, weather, courier operations, incorrect addresses or other circumstances. If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order number so we can review the issue.
